meanwhile Isekais be like
“hello i am a generic dude, whoops i got hit by a truck and ended up in a fantasy realm, whoops i can cast ultima, whoops i have 8 women who all want to jump my bones and each fills a vague archtype”
lots of power fantasy/wish fulfillment stuff out there. its not a gender thing
That quote would be the full title of the manga, too.
Don’t forget that the main protagonist will somehow be with a goddess of some sort who inevitably falls in love with him, alongside his totally not 12-year-old waifu and his waifu with big humongous honkers (that’s her entire personality).
The humongous honkers aren’t her entire personality; part of her personality is forgetting she has humongous honkers and getting into comically awkward situations with them.
I’m not saying you’re describing Konosuba but… (It’s a fun show tbh)
Hell, Tenchi Muyo didn’t bother with the truck.
Ah okay. Shame on you too, men! Shame on you for wanting to feel desired and experience it through silly fantasy meant to entertain!
Kinda funny that DB and Z never gave more than an afterthought to any romance between characters, especially when it couldn’t be played for comedy. Meanwhile, a lot of the more recent stuff has something that feels forced as fuck, or is a super obvious sexual power fantasy
Goku: That’s cool that you were able to save her, but it was gross that you had to put your mouth to hers.
Trunks: ? Haven’t you ever kissed someone?
Goku: No! That’s nasty!
Vegeta: Kakarot, you’re married. You’ve had kids.
Goku: Yeah but we never did anything gross like that!
Fair, but it’s a bit of an awkward day to get that strip out.
I feel like it’s too fast. Could’ve been a coincidence. I’d have changed the ending.
Still more realistic than the first part.
Hm fair
That image quality is unbearable
Edit: nevermind, something on my Eternity client isn’t processung right…
