Its a shame they’ll have to come down. I get the insurances won’t work with a new builder picking up where the old ones left off. But what a waste.

The apartments were being built by FTD construction Pty Ltd (also known as Fulfil The Dream), who last September had the renewal of their builders’ contractor registration refused by the Building Services Board.
That’s pretty bad. For the BSB to refuse to renew their registration speaks volumes on the calibre of the work they have done.
