Ah finally! I can back up my phone to my computer and my computer to my phone and not need an external HD.
V30 I means it’s only 30 MB/sec which is like usb2 speeds.
UHS-I bus is ~100 MB/sec and UHS-II bus is ~300 MB/sec, but I don’t see any U markings so it’s probably hard locked at 30 MB for thermal reasons.
Switch only supports UHS-I too, so even that might be hampered by it. Sandisk’s 1.5TB cards are v10/UHS-I.
Id just open it up and put in a nice big NVME
I don’t really get the point of microSD cards over a certain size, they wear out really quickly because of limited amounts of reads/writes, and as cold storage I feel like they degrade pretty quickly, had to replace some SD cards I didn’t use in a while.
