Recipe?
I used store-bought eggnog. Earth’s Own is the brand available to me. Then just rum, cinnamon, and nutmeg. The rimmer was maple syrup, cinnamon, and sugar.
Eggnog, rum or vodka or some other alcohol, and what appears to be 3 lbs of nutmeg…
Pretty sure they’re asking for a recipe for vegan eggnog. You know, since eggs aren’t vegan.
Didn’t even see that this was a vegan sub as I never look at the subs themselves. Thx
Same man I miss the sub half the time on posts.
I’ve had to make a special effort when I’m browsing ‘all’ to look at the sidebar and customize my replies.
Looks like cinnamon. 3 lbs of cinnamon.
Cinnamon, yeah.
You forgot the cinnamon sticks
I’m pretty sure that’s 4 pounds
They should have skipped the liquid and gone straight to pouring cinnamon in their eyes
Doesn’t eggnog have liquor by default? Didn’t know you called it spiked when added, thought it would be more virgin if not

It doesn’t have it by default. Many people drink it without, often with a bit of milk to thin it out a little.
Damn
Eggnog usually has alcohol though, so what was it spiked with?
Rum! And where I live, eggnog is not sold with alcohol in it by default. I actually didn’t know that was even a thing.
Spiked eggnog? There is only eggnog and non-alcoholic eggnog.
If it’s vegan it can’t even claim that title, just some variety of nog, typically oat or almond. Given the volume of garnish the contents must be nearly rancid in flavor.
Frankly you could make a mulled wine with 1/10th the effort and it would taste 1000x better while still being vegan and presenting a Christmas spice flavor profile.
