Homer enters a steak eating contest (but loses), the joke here is that the guy there (Big Red or something?) won but he’s actually dead. Homer, feeling responsible, takes over his job driving his Big Rig across the country and discovers an industry secret

I think I remember a doctor quickly diagnosing a death unrelated to steak eating to reassure the patrons of the steakhouse.
