Looks delicious! I love ramen but it’s so difficult to obtain a good vegan broth. Any advice? I make my dashi with kombu and shiitake then I cook with soy sauce and miso but it still tastes bland. I think my miso paste is not the best quality
Sadly, I didn’t do anything even approaching authentic. I just used a veggie stock concentrate, added soy sauce, miso, tahini and chili oil. The Furikake added a nice sea-like flavor.
Thanks! I’ll give it a try with tahini. Also you reminded me that I have a vegan Furikake stashed somewhere. I gotta get my hands on it.
