For those who don’t know about Fallout Van Buren you can read more on the Fallout Wiki but it would have been the third mainline Fallout game. It was canceled when Interplay Entertainment went bankrupt in 2003. There was a tech demo released and several design documents. Multiple concepts from Van Buren ended up appearing in Fallout New Vegas.

There have been several attempts at remaking the game in various engines. The most well known project used to be known as Project Van Buren but goes by Revelation Blues now.
