I know there is a lot more to this, but stop companies from buying housing. They should only be allowed to purchase commercial property, and even then, it should be for the actual business they want to run and not for profit. The only exception should be businesses that build new buildings. The rich should only be allowed a 5 property limit so that they can not just buy everything either. Also, completely cut out selling to overseas or at least regulate it heavily so the people who actually live here can afford them…
