A city council in South Korea said Wednesday their first administrative officer robot was defunct after throwing itself down some stairs, with local media mourning the country’s first robot suicide.

Woah woah, the officer robot (another real robot) was circling before the incident as if something was wrong?
Could they both have experienced a software bug? I highly doubt the council robot told the officer bot that it was going to commit unlive.
