Marry 3, they’re of sound financial mind and clearly show aspirations of landlordism by attempting to rent out their rental. Plus she saved money on repairs.

This can be interpreted in 2 different ways
She did a capitalism by subletting, she clearly bought the manifesto to burn later.
Also she can repair stuff so you can make her do that and maybe get those pesky exposed wires taken care of (for a small rent increase, of course).
Right conclusion, mostly right reasoning. Evict 2 because of the Funko collections, obvs.
