Just got new version of Samsung health. According to the description, running changes are watch related (not avrunner, so cannot test), everything else, most probably, not.

I do not understand why route target was not enabled for walking from day one. But anyway, this is, unfortunately, phone feature only - the route is not visualized on the watch. Kommot and Google maps are the best solutions for this still.
