What’s on for dinner tonight? I got an attack of the lazies so it’s sweet potato soup and buttered toast.

Leftover roast fennel + veg pasta. I’m starving! After reading all the stuff about tinned fish earlier I think tomorrow I’ll cook up a frittata with pink salmon and broccoli

I’m thinking along those lines too. Toasted cheese sandwich with as much cheese as I can possibly fit in it.

Spaghetti bolognese and a side salad. I have some pear so I might do pear, walnut and balsamic dressing on the salad.

I’m torn between having fish fingers or making 2 minute noodles and some defrosted dumplings tonight.

A bit of this and a bit of that… had a big lunch with the Mini Peelers of chicken, chips and salad so it’s a Saturday night clean out what’s left in the fridge kind of thing.
