My didn’t go out for long, but it came back for a few minutes with low voltage for a while and cut in and out a couple of times, which sounds like what is happening to you. I did have issues with the air conditioners and dishwasher - I think they tried to start up when there was not enough power and got stuck, once I cut the power and turned them back on they were fine.
My portable air con was going berserk as well when everything came back and woke me up s I believe it’s effecting everything at my place, not just the lights.
I’ll try turning off the mains when i get back home and leave it for a bit.
I only turned it off for a few seconds and then turned it back on this morning before I left for work.
Maybe I didn’t leave it off for long enough the first time I tried it.
