What’s the deal with people who are sitting at traffic lights - not even at the front of the queue - who just randomly decide to drive forward a foot and then have to hit the brakes uncomfortably close to the car in front?
Its not like they’re at the front of the queue and tweaked at a turning lane getting a green, or the light has gone green and the car(s) in front haven’t moved yet or whatever… They just randomly decide to start driving? Even though there’s nowhere to go?
Distracted probably, taking their foot off the brake. Let’s be real, probably checking their phone, but could also be fiddling with the climate control or stereo. Also day dreaming could be a culprit.
Or maybe, they want to simulate tailgating the vehicle in front of them.
trk’s “wtf, driver” question of the day:

Lots of people do it and I need to know why.
