    Don’t think they forgot to scan it.

    They probably have a set time where they take all the parcel stuff to the lockers and it’s just sitting in a trolley waiting to be put in.

        I reckon it’s worth a check. They’re super busy but if they’re as nice as my post office they might have a quick hunt through the pile for you. Can’t hurt.

            It’s worth asking about the parcels you have there.

            If they’re nice enough they’ll check for you and take it out for you even if it’s marked for the parcel locker.

            Used to do it when I was using parcel lockers slot and they hadn’t put it in when I finished work.
