I’ve decided to spend the afternoon making soap. Hopefully this batch won’t stick in the moulds like the last lot did.

Edit: First batch was a complete disaster. I didn’t pay enough attention to the temperature and ended up with a curdled mess. Attempted to blend it into submission, poured it into mould and crossing my fingers (but it’s not looking good). Second batch went well. I used a yellow ochre for colouring which turned it a lovely caramel colour and now I want to eat caramels.
